Terms and Conditions
We endeavour to provide accurate estimates based upon our experience, but these costs may go up or down – dependent on a more detailed understanding of the full requirements once a creative route has been agreed and a marketing and communication plan has been developed.
We require 50% payment to commence each stage or listed item of work, with the remainder to be settled upon completion. Please note that we will commence staged work only once any previous invoices have been settled. The Client shall pay all invoices within 30 days of their receipt. Interest at a rate of 2% per month is payable on any balance unpaid after 30 days of the date of invoice.
Please note that artwork and external production costs for items such as print, signage or uniform costs etc are not included in this estimate.
All prices exclude specific copywriting, photography, digital production, CGI and any illustration or drawings that may be required (unless specified).
On undertaking a project you agree that any creative work, ideas, imagery and intellectual property created will belong to Studio Dotto until the entire project fees have been settled in full. At which point we agree to transfer ownership to the client. Any unused creative proposals will remain the intellectual property of Studio Dotto unless otherwise agreed.
Acceptance of terms
Studio Dotto as sender and the client as recipient will acknowledge acceptance of these terms either through an email noting acceptance or acceptance is acknowledged at the beginning of any work on said project.
